Should I turn my business into an LLC?

I have a Valet Business, it is a low risk business. It has two owners, and we make about $4000 profit each month. I have Valet Insurance that covers any accident/negligence from drivers for up to 1,000,000. Is there any reason to turn this partnership into a LLC?
