Door-to-door courier from bangalore to bangkok/philippines?

Is there a cheaper door-to-door courier to send goods(spices in bulk) from India(bangalore) to bangkok/philippines? I've identified a freight forwarder from bangkok, so am looking for a courier to either deliver my goods from bangalore to bangkok or bangalore to philippines(where i live). Any suggestion would be well appreciated.
