If the wwe women's division looked like this could they compete with the knockouts?

If the wwe divas were only beth phoenix,katie lea,jillian hall,natalya,michelle mccool,mickie james,gail kim,melina,victoria and candice(before her injury) and all of them could wrestle at their full potential do you think they would be just as good as the knockouts division is. also they should keep alicia fox,eve torres,angela fong and kelly kelly but keep them in fcw and have them train for a while
