I live in kuwait and i have depression due to math i need help?

i live in Kuwait and i have depression due to maths i am in 9th and my math sucks i have had 4 tutors in my whole life and even with tutors my marks sucks i am a shame of the family and i dont know if the problem is with me or with the teatcher of the school i am in an indian school and i aint indian thanks for ur answers
