How to defrost frozen chicken without microwave?

They are frozen Trader Joes grilled chicken pieces that are fully cooked, just need to be heated. They are like the size you'd see on a caesar salad and the instructions say to thaw and heat in microwave...I don't have one..how else can I do it?
