need to know,i exercise by watching a dvd that call solution for 10 minute,did it help?It got boot camping,pilates,ballet,kickboxing and yoga all in 10minute each.

If the Cards sign him to an extension, and dont let him hit the free agent market, he will probably make around Mark Teixeira money. I would like to see this, because how many players spend their entire career with one club now-a-days? However, if its money he's looking for, the Mets (Delgado will be gone soon) the Red Sox (just missed at Tex) and maybe either of the LA teams will go after him. Not alot of years due to his age, but maybe 5-8 years, well over $20 mill a year. Probably closer to $25-$30mill. However, this is if he stays healthy, and produces at the same rate.
